Pimalai Resort in Thailand gets set to host Zenergy, a yoga retreat festival for beginners and yogis
Situated in the tranquil mountains in Koh Lanta, Thailand, the island’s first luxury hotel Pimalai will be hosting a yoga retreat festival, Zenergy, in July, in collaboration with Flexi Lexi Fitness, the Bangkok-based yoga and activewear brand.
Held from July 13 to 18 this year, the wellness programme offers a fully inclusive experience that highlights diverse yoga classes led by seven trainers from Asia, Europe and the US.
Cardio-lovers should try the “Pump It Up!” weight training, “Booty and the Beats” and “Power Abs”, or go for the ultimate calorie-burning classes “HIIT”, circuit training, and Thai boxing to keep the body and mind fit.
The property’s lush green and peaceful surroundings – which including a pool inside the villa, an oceanfront garden and a pristine white-sand beach – provide the perfect background for yoga and fitness practise.
The staycation is paired with attractive and holistic Thai cultural activities, sightseeing and Thai gourmet cooking.
