Actress Meagan Good has recently opened up about her relationship with controversial Creed III actor Jonathan Majors.

The couple attended the NAACP Image Awards in Los Angeles together on March 16, marking their first big awards show appearance together since the ex Marvel star was found guilty of assault in a domestic violence case in December, according to People.

“I’m in love, I’m transitioning, I’m healing, I’m growing [and] I’m getting excited about what’s next,” Good told People. “Yeah, just a lot of things at once. But what I can say is, I’m the happiest I’ve been in a long time.”

“There’s some things you just gotta be like, ‘I ain’t got time for that. Let me go see what my nephew’s doing. Let me see what my mama’s doing. Let me go see what my man’s doing. Let me go get this job’,” Good – who was first romantically linked to the actor last year – added.

According to Elle, she made her feature film debut as “Kid #2” in Friday in the 1990s, and has since notched up 84 acting credits in classics including Eve’s Bayou, You Got Served, Stomp the Yard, and Deception.

As previously reported, Majors was arrested in March 2023 for assaulting his then girlfriend Grace Jabbari after the two reportedly got into a heated argument in an SUV while on their way to Major’s New York flat, as reported by The Guardian. The Marvel actor has since been found guilty of third degree assault and second degree aggravated assault, and dropped by both Marvel and Disney. According to The Cut, he is scheduled to be sentenced on April 8.
