It’s unclear when Gosling, 43, and Mendes, 49, got married, but they reportedly share two kids together. Per People, the lovebirds, who have been together since 2011, have two little girls: Esmeralda Amada, nine, and Amada Lee, seven. Mendes has been very busy raising her children away from the spotlight.
Also, during a Today Australia interview last year, Mendes referred to Gosling as her husband. “My husband Ryan is here … and our children are here, we’re having the best time,” she said.

After leaving the industry about a decade ago, Mendes revealed in an interview with Variety that she hasn’t really looked back. “I don’t really miss it,” she told the publication last year.
“I got tired fighting for the good roles,” she added. “There just was a point where I thought, ‘I’m going to create my own opportunities and become a producer on things and create my own material,’ but it just didn’t feel worth it to me.”
But the Ghost Rider star hasn’t completely ruled out acting either. “There are more opportunities for Latina actresses now, but when I bowed out 10 years ago I wasn’t being offered things that weren’t specifically Latina,” she said in her interview. “It is exciting that things are different now, so who knows what I will do in the future. But right now, I’m keeping it in the home with my kids.”
