Channelling old Hollywood glamour while paying homage to her Chinese roots, she wore a show-stopping custom-made gown created by her go-to designer Christopher Bu. The gown featured a sweeping train and a bamboo forest-inspired print, depicting several tigers prowling amid the foliage.

She paired the look with emerald earrings, an updo and a slick of red lipstick and liquid eyeliner.

Fan’s second look of the night was a 50s-style black velvet off-the-shoulder gown from Yanina Couture. The dress featured 3D floral detailing hand stitched with sequins and beads. Just to add a little more glamour, the look was paired with black leather gloves trimmed with feathers.

For her third and final look of the night, Fan shone bright like a diamond while cementing her queenly status in a daring custom Miss Sohee cape gown and headpiece. The top of the bodice strategically covered her modesty while showing just enough skin to make a splash, paired with a sheer cape that draped over her shoulders and trailed behind her, creating a train-like effect.

4) Nespresso x Brut after-party

Fan stole the spotlight in this beautiful structured gown, designed by Vietnamese designer Chung Thanh Phong.

Inspired by the beauty of butterflies but with a futuristic twist, the dress was created using mesh fabric and mirrored mica, along with Swarovski beads and crystals, which were meticulously added by hand, with the actress’ dress reportedly taking a month to make, according to Vietnamese newspaper VN Express.

5) Madame Figaro China speaking panel

Showing how versatile her fashion style is, Fan went for a more classic look for a speaking panel hosted by China’s Madame Figaro magazine while staying true to her personal style. She wore a Mikael D floor-length gown, with swirls of hand-stitched crystals across the top and down one side.

6) Charles Finch annual soirée

Fan looked like a goddess in a gold and silver hand-beaded gown, also designed by Vietnamese designer Chung Thanh Phong. This sculptural masterpiece was completed with a gold crystal-embellished Jimmy Choo bucket bag.

Hugo Boss and fashion icon Naomi Campbell celebrated the supermodel’s 53rd birthday by hosting a private party high up in the hills of Cannes at the secluded and ultra-luxurious Villa Julia.

Fan was dressed by co-host Hugo Boss for the exclusive party, her black satin dress quintessential Hugo Boss, from its clean minimal lines to the bold shimmering beading around the neckline which created an almost tuxedo suit silhouette.

8) Asteroid City premiere

Fan looked ethereal on the red carpet, the couture gown accented with a contrasting black velvet bow cinching her waist as the cascading train flowed behind her. She draped herself in a stunning array of diamonds and completed the fairy tale look with an elegant updo.

This Michael Kors evening of cocktails and high fashion gave the world a new favourite celebrity BFF couple – Fan Bingbing and Coco Rocha!

Fan and her new model bestie were both dressed by the host of the evening, Michael Kors. Fan wore a flowy red satin kaftan, and made the look high fashion with matching red satin full-length gloves. Her partner in crime for the evening looked like a Greek Goddess in a figure-hugging sparkly midi Michael Kors dress.

The two celebrities were photographed together during the event laughing, taking silly videos for TikTok and just having fun together.
