Five-time Grammy Award winner Mariah Carey is set to dazzle fans as she gears up for her first public performance in Macau. The American queen of pop will hit the stage at the Venetian Macao for one night only on October 20, as part of her Asian leg of her latest world tour.

And Carey will arrive in Macau in good form, coming off the back of her 2017 residency in Las Vegas. During the Macau leg of “The #1’s Tour”, fans can expect to hear her belt out all her hits such as Dreamlover, Emotions, Hero and more.

This is the first time she will perform publicly in the Pearl River Delta region, after her 2006 Hong Kong concert was cancelled reportedly due to poor ticket sales. While this may be her first public show in Macau, she is no stranger to the casino city, headlining the star-studded opening ceremony of a US$3.2 billion casino in 2015.
Carey recently hit the headlines after revealing her long battle with bipolar disorder. She hopes by coming forward she can help to eliminate the stigma associated with mental health.
