John Tsang's 2013 budget aims to spur prosperity

Financial Secretary John Tsang Chun-wah in his budget yesterday stressed the need for projects that will ensure growth and jobs in the long term. Here are some of the major infrastructure works Tsang is banking on to spur Hong Kong's prosperity in the coming years, and a summary of where the city's money will go to and come from in the next financial year.
